  Five stars! We walked in, while on vacation, with an emergency of broken glasses and the amazing staff were able to troubleshoot and repair! It was a great experience, very clean store, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much for saving my daughter's vacation!

  Do not go here the staff are very rude Jody hung up on me. Said she was done talking to me. Beware they are just out to get money. I wish I could give zero stars.

  I had a deeply disappointing experience with this practice. I saw the doctor twice for ongoing issues with my lenses/prescription, and after both visits I was still having difficulty seeing properly. Instead of working toward a real solution, I was told there was nothing further the doctor could do. At that point, Matt, the store owner, stepped in and attempted to help, but I still could not see correctly. Because of how poorly this was being handled, I asked to speak with the office manager, Tammy, and was told she would call me back. She never did. After a week and a half, I had to call myself just to get an answer. What made this even worse was the attitude I received when I simply asked what my options were. Rather than showing concern or professionalism, I was told that because the doctor had seen me twice, they were “releasing” me from the practice. In other words, they were done with me whether my vision issue was resolved or not. They also refused to refund me or release my insurance. Being dismissed as a patient while still having unresolved vision problems is unacceptable. Paying for eye care should result in care, not indifference, attitude, and being pushed out the door once they decide they have done enough. I cannot recommend this practice based on how they handled my case.

  I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach and one of the arms on my glasses broke off. I called them and asked them if they would be able to fix my glasses. They told me to come and let them look at the glasses. I arrived and was helped immediately by a very friendly lady. She took my glasses and the broken arm into the back to have their technician see what he could do. Ten minutes later the technician came out with my glasses repaired. He said he was able to find a spare arm that matched my frame exactly and put it on my frame. I was very happy and would recommend this location for all of your optical needs.
