I had a deeply disappointing experience with this practice. I saw the doctor twice for ongoing issues with my lenses/prescription, and after both visits I was still having difficulty seeing properly. Instead of working toward a real solution, I was told there was nothing further the doctor could do.
At that point, Matt, the store owner, stepped in and attempted to help, but I still could not see correctly. Because of how poorly this was being handled, I asked to speak with the office manager, Tammy, and was told she would call me back. She never did. After a week and a half, I had to call myself just to get an answer.
What made this even worse was the attitude I received when I simply asked what my options were. Rather than showing concern or professionalism, I was told that because the doctor had seen me twice, they were “releasing” me from the practice. In other words, they were done with me whether my vision issue was resolved or not. They also refused to refund me or release my insurance.
Being dismissed as a patient while still having unresolved vision problems is unacceptable. Paying for eye care should result in care, not indifference, attitude, and being pushed out the door once they decide they have done enough. I cannot recommend this practice based on how they handled my case.
