- JTjoanne thompkinsMar 23, 20265.0Eyemart Express The staff was very very nice and The Dr was awesome she explained everything to my son and then we went to pick his glasses out and the nice lady help him I can't remember her name but she had long braids and very nice she explained everything to me and my son and i thought he would not get them back until a week later. she said it will only take upto 1 hour she blew my mind but it only took 20 minutes when they texted me to let us know they were ready and my son had gotten 2 awesome pairs of glasses and we got there they fitted him and explained everything to him and he walked out and was amazed how much he could see 👀 💙 Thanks to all of the staff

Met with Jalecia and explained the situation and jumped right in to help. Had his old prescription faxed to store and within an hour his new glasses were ready. She even went out to car so he did not have to get up and fitted them in his seat. What a blessing to have an associate go the extra mile to satisfy my dad. Thank you Jalecia.
