Our instructor Zoya was amazing and was perfect the whole class. They need to work on their customer service for sure.

His behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and his customer service was unacceptable. The way I was treated makes it impossible for me to return or recommend this business. Professionalism and respect toward customers matter just as much as the service provided.

There was a consistent lack of professionalism, including speaking negatively about both staff and members, which created an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. The studio also experienced a notably high instructor turnover rate, which reflected deeper issues within leadership and workplace culture. Theres a reason why the reviews left are solely about the owner.
