  After a year’s recovery from bilateral hip replacement, I was looking for a low impact workout to rebuild and tone my muscles, especially in my legs. Pure Barre was the perfect fit! The instructors are so motivating and are always there to be sure you have correct form to get the most from your workout. The classes are easily modified to fit your level of readiness. I’m close to hitting my 100th class and although I’ve come a long way in my fitness journey, I still feel challenged in every class!

  Everything about Pure Barre is Fantastic! The girls at the front counter, the merchandise for sale, the instructors & workouts and class members. I love it all. Coming in with very little muscle mass- if any- I can definitely see changes in my body & I am getting stronger! The studio is clean, the workouts are challenging and the instructors are encouraging, upbeat and paying attention! I look forward to every class. Being a member of Pure Barre Murrrells Inlet, I am not on my journey alone. We are in this together! So thankful to be a part of this incredible fitness family! Post My Review on Google

  Awesome environment. No judgment, just encouragement. Routines change regularly for more variation, challenge, resistance to boredom.
