The PT Blueprint

The PT Blueprint provides one-on-one physical therapy in Mt. Pleasant, located inside Gold's Gym. Every session is a full hour with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, never handed off to a tech or aide. We treat the full range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, from back and neck pain to shoulder, hip, knee, foot and ankle injuries, tendon problems, post-operative rehab, and sports injuries. Our approach bridges rehab and performance: find the root cause, rebuild strength and capacity, then return you to what matters, whether that is daily life, your sport, or the gym. Care is led by Dr. Zach Giamundo and Dr. Cody Gunselman, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist. In-network with BCBS and Medicare. No referral needed.
