- DCD Cole5 days ago5.0This review is several months past due, but when I was visiting from out of town I ran out of contacts and so I stopped in to see if I could get more ordered. The store manager Arnisha Edwards was very welcoming and immediately greeted me and quickly helped me even while she was juggling multiple customers. I have been meaning to post this because it is so refreshing when you are warmly greeted and receive impeccable customer service. If you are local I would definitely go to this store.

After stating that, the sales associate facial expressions changed immediately. She showed little to no regard in wanting to help. Later I assume the manager walked out and explained things better but both were pretty stand off ish to say the least. not to mention the entry level sales associate followed me around the store yet didn't ask me once if i needed help. Take your business elsewhere or better yet another lenscrafters. they do not value vision benefits here

I have always bought my glasses here, and have always been very pleased with my glasses. This experience with Saryia was extraordinary, and surpasses all my expectations. She had such patience with me, as I kept changing my mind about what I wanted. I thought I had decided on a frame, when I changed my mind, and she was so calm and patient with me. I decided I wanted a white pair of frames at the last minute, and Gwen found exactly what I was describing. I am so grateful for their genuine concern for the customer. When I went to pick up my white frames, Ebony assisted me, and her customer service was truly outstanding. I cannot thank Saryia, Gwen and Ebony enough for assisting me with my new glasses. You all truly go above and beyond for the customer, and it means so much in this world where outstanding customer service is hard to find. LensCrafters is fortunate to have such outstanding employees.
