On my past couple of visits to have my hearing aids serviced Teresa took the time to do a FULL hearing test and other techniques to really fine tune the devices as well as fit me with the "comfort" tips. Very happy with my improved performance as well as comfort. Wearing my hearing aids FULL time and enjoying the benefits. Thanks Teresa

I‘be had it for years and it causes me to not be able to hear what someone is saying to me when there’s background noise. My children say I have the TV on too loud too. I finally decided to see if there was any help for me even though my hearing is great in my other ear. I went to Conran in Mount Pleasant. He was so thorough in testing my hearing and he listened patiently until he understood exactly what my problem was. He fitted me with a hearing aid for my right ear and he gave me his phone number in case Zi had questions or problems. I did feel like the top of my ear was sore after wearing it for a few days. I called and he fixed the length of the cord right away. He is so responsive and he really works hard to resolve any issue that I have. I’m so delighted with my new hearing aid! I went to lunch in a noisy restaurant today and I could hear everything my friends said. I could fully participate in the conversation. It’s a game changer for me. Loud parties… here I come! Thanks Conran and Miracle Ear!
