  Grant R. gave me his unprovided attention during the walk through of the gym, he answered all of my questions and he made sure that I fully understand the membership prices and connect with a great personal trainer (Ms. Nina). I am looking forward to seeing this next chapter in my life flourish as I began this fitness journey!

  Numerous machines available so no waiting. Has many workout options, to include classes. The locker rooms are clean with adequate space to store your items. The pool and hotter were particularly refreshing after our workout. Two of the employees, Aaron and Ed were extremely helpful and answered ALL of our questions. Would definitely recommend

  I was a little nervous finally walking into a gym. But at onelife fitness the staff and trainers were so welcoming and professional. Very friendly and answered all my questions like they knew me. I felt very comfortable and at home there. I really enjoy being a member and look forward to going now for the first time. It is wonderful.

  Great gym with a clean facility, top-notch equipment, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to help. Fantastic General Manager that is improving, investing and taking the club to the next level. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their fitness goals!
