  Great gym, I talked to Elijah and he was very helpful. He had an answer for all my questions and told me all abt the gym and the equipment. I ended up getting a membership and I look forward to coming back. Over all a great experience 10/10!

  I am enjoying membership at OneLife Fitness gym at my own pace. I like having the aquatics.available as well as a variety of exercise equipment and exercise programs. I have enjoyed having initial training sessions with helpful attention given.

  I LOVE this place. I started recently, signed up with Victoria and Chris. They were very polite and helpful in explaining everything about membership. I’m doing personal training with Dylan and had my first session today. He was incredible. 10/10 would recommend to anyone regardless of age or fitness level.

  Every gym has weights. Every gym has a locker room. Every gym has a front desk. So what is it that separates this gym from the rest you may ask? Among many things, the most noticeable difference in my six year tenure has been the staff. Gym equipment and accessibility also play a huge role, but the fact of the matter is, the community and staff are why you go where you go. I have experienced several different gym environments throughout my time in college, and I can wholeheartedly say that One Life Fitness here in Lexington, South Carolina has been the standard I compare all other gyms to, and they all have yet to meet it. My time at One Life has been made particularly special by Senior Membership Manager: Grant Ross, as well as Personal Trainer: Brannon Porzio. Both Grant and Brannon are extraordinarily knowledgeable in their fields, and go above and beyond to make people in their gym community feel comfortable and welcomed. I am excited to see what the future holds for this gym, as it has been on a steady incline since the moment I joined. With employees like Grant and Brannon at the forefront of this improvement, I can confidently say One Life is in amazing hands for the duration of their careers.

  Writing this post for my wife, she doesn't know because she feels embarrassed and taken by the gym she enjoyed going to.My wife signed up last year and after a few visits was aprouched by a trainer they talked and she decided to try for a session, four meetings one month.Well after the month my wife decided not to continue,told the trainer (who she enjoyed very much) thank you and she thought she was done.Seven months later going into the gym 2,3days a week saying hi to the trainer whenever they met and then I find because I'm helping her with finances now. it happens as you get older. So come to find out she has had a personal trainer being charged to her account for seven months and trying to charge another month even after we brought it to their attention. They state it was never cancelled. The wife feels stupid for not catching it and she's definitely not an email person. Two grand and counting 😤
