  Grant was the most helpful with making me and my sister feel very welcomed like a part of the one life family. We walked out with a smile, good workout, and membership. Definitely would recommend this gym for everyone.

  After a 3 day trial, Grant got me all signed up quickly and was super nice, helpful, and transparent. Stoked to be here at what I consider to be the nicest and cleanest gym in the Columbia area 💪🏻

  I just joined today and The walk-through tour was wonderfully and professionally done. There are so many amenities, including a pool and childcare and great hours!
