  First time here and Seth made my experience phenomenal!! Can’t wait for this new journey at One Life and so excited to use all their amazing amenities! If you’re looking for a gym, go to one life and talk to Seth! He’s the best! You won’t be disappointed!!

  This location is the best by far - staff is always friendly and gym is well equipped and so clean. The fitness director Tyler and his wife are so nice and helpful!! ☺️

  Seth and Grant was Extremely Awesome,Impeccable Customer service skills I am a Disabled Senior Citizen Seth and Grant helped me with selling me snack and make sure I knew how to use all equipment inside Recover Room this was my First time today I was so express how Seth and Grant made me feel like I was family took extra care with opening doors and made sure I knew about all facilities and Classes offer.Seth even put Water in my container at end of my Visit.Please recognize and share this with Seth and Grant.God Willing looking forward to next week to come to one life fitness in IRMO After leaving here today .Looking forward to exercising more.Thank you One Life Fitness for working and hiring two amazing,awesome workers.God Willing I am going to tell as many friends and family about awesome fitness center One Life Fitness is.👍🏽❤️

  The front desk staff is great! Been coming here for years and they’re the most knowledgeable staff yet. Facilities are the cleanest they’ve been too. Benson is the MAN. He’s such a positive energy to greet you coming in the gym. Thanks B!

  I have been working out at this location for years. I came when it was Gold's gym than it transitioned to MUVI fitness; I can truly say, One Life Fitness has revived the workout atmosphere. At first I was upset that they closed the Women's area and changed it into a spectacular recovery spa. Well, when I tell you about low lights, fresh paint and overall softness gave that area the calm, serene ambiance...Wow. But that's not all. The main gym area is well organized and cleaned. I have not seen a day yet with dust on top of dust, as did in the past ( past ownership). Wellness is definitely their focus. The Women's locker room and rest area is another eye catcher. In the past you would think twice about using it, but not anymore. Clean and refreshed daily. Guys, even on the weekends. This is truly a plus for me. Another point. You do not have to deal with all the blatant vulgarity, both by staff and members. The staff sets the stage for professional decorum and respect, and the members follow suit. If you have not guessed by now, you can tell that I am enjoying the vibe. The refreshments are awesome as well, but should have information about the usage ( energy or recovery or muscle building). Let's recap, the refreshing atmosphere, pristine condition of the workout area and restrooms, the serene ambiance in the recovery area on top of well respectful place to workout...oh and the welcoming professional staff...TOP Notch!!! Thank you for revitalizing my workout space.
