So Adrianne gave me private lessons which built up my confidence…she counseled me through my anxieties and now, 250 classes later I must say she changed my life…my self concept, my attitude and inner peace are in tact and better yet my balance, strength, and core are stronger than I ever thought was possible and getting stronger with each workout!
