  The optician Who helped me was Shannon and she was absolutely wonderful! Very thorough and helped to get the best price possible. They have a decent selection of frames to choose from with a wide range of prices. I received one pair of my glasses, the same day and the other within a week. I have not had any problems since. If needed,The return And replacement policy is also very good.My experience here has been very good.

  I purchased my glasses here and had a positive experience. The staff was very helpful. I ran into a small issue with something (not the fault of eyemart), but they were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to resolve it for me. It was a great experience all around! I look forward to my future visits. 👓

  My review is mixed. I purchased glasses here for both my son and daughter separately and the experience was excellent when it came to the new purchases. However we asked them to put new lenses in the old frames so they would have a spare pair, both times the saleswoman brought the frames to the back to have the optician look at them only to return and say they could not do it because "something" was wrong the frames and if they tried they would break them. So off to Costco we went and they did it with no issue. I have brought four more pairs to eyemart express for other family members again to have new lenses put in. Again each time I was told they couldnt do it. That is six total pairs they could not put lenses in. There is no way something was wrong with all them. I think they just dont want to put lenses in frames that are not purchased from them. Again, back to Costco and again no issue. 6 pairs managed by Costco... So in summary if you need new glasses this place is fine. Replacing lenses...head to Costco.

  I’m not someone who frequently writes reviews but my experience here was amazing!!! The eye doctor and opticians were phenomenal. The eye exam was the most thorough exam I’ve ever received. Both opticians were helping me select my new glasses; they probably brought me 10 pairs and helped me narrow them down. I came here due to receiving a flyer in the mail from my insurance, and though it was a bit of a drive for me, it was well worth it. My new glasses were ready in less than 30 minutes- I couldn’t believe they made them in-house. I would highly recommend this location.
