    I'm echoing another reviewer’s comments in that I used to love Harris Teeter pharmacy until they hired Justin. He is more than rude both on the phone and in person, he seems to be angry and at times hurtful, focused more on setting the customer straight as opposed to helping them. He compounded this lack of compassion by giving incorrect information twice, out of the five times I had to deal with him, resulting in a lot of wasted time over the course of days trying to fill my prescription. I gave Harris Teeter Pharmacy the second star, instead of just one, because the other pharmacy staff are still friendly and helpful, but Justin overshadows this by looking over their shoulder and interjecting himself into interactions where he is not needed. After using Harris Teeter for years, I am now using another pharmacy.
