  I had a great experience at Fraum Health. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I met with Dr. Hinshelwood, and what really stood out was how she looked at my overall health instead of just focusing on the pain in my neck. She asked about my sleep, activity level, overall health, and even discussed hormones to get a complete picture of what might be contributing to how I was feeling. I really appreciated that whole-body approach. She put together a personalized treatment plan for my neck, and I’ve just started it. I’m looking forward to seeing my progress. I’ve also been seeing Dr. McGinnis for chiropractic care, and he’s been wonderful. He’s knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and genuinely cares about helping his patients feel better. If you’re looking for providers who truly listen and take the time to understand what’s going on, I highly recommend Dr. Hinshelwood, Dr. McGinnis, and the entire team at Fraum Health.

  Had torn rotator cuff ligament. A local office of Orthopedics tried to use PRP injection but it failed. Only other option with them was surgical repair but being over 70 years old, I've been informed numerous times that if I had a surgical repair done I would have been more than likely to tear it again. The Fraum Center for Restorative Health provided stem cell injection therapy along with laser therapy and SoftWave therapy and had me go to a very good physical therapist's location. Now after 3 months my rotator cuff is about 95% healed. The staff working for the lead Doctor, Dr. Heather Hinshelwood, has a wonderful staff. I was going to this Fraum office and the Physical Therapist office about twice a week for 3 months. I am continuing to do the PT exercises and expect to be 100% cured.

  There are moments in life when someone profoundly impacts your well-being, whether through spiritual, psychological, or physical changes. I am happy to share that Fraum Health of Hilton Head has made a significant physical shift for me, both structurally and medically. For over 40 years, I have struggled with a congenital back defect, compounded by age-related stenosis and disc compression, leading to constant pain. Thankfully, for the past three months, I've undergone treatments with Dr. McGinnis, including the DRX9000 decompression machine, chiropractic care, laser therapy, sonic treatments, and physical therapy. The transformation has been remarkable. The X-rays, before-and-after, show a huge improvement in the alignment of my spine, which has contributed greatly to my pain relief. All my vertebral spacing has increased significantly, my shoulders have leveled, my head is sitting squarely on my shoulders, and the 19.13mm misalignment of my sacrum and L5 was eliminated. I can now walk over three miles without pain, compared to struggling to walk half a mile before. I have resumed golf and dancing! No longer am I exhausted from pain mid-day. I have my life back. On the medical side, Dr. Hinshelwood addressed my inflammation, hormonal imbalances, weight management, and blood sugar control. She worked closely with my endocrinologist NP to navigate her recommendations. I feel significantly better—clear-minded, more energetic, and my blood sugar levels are improving. I’m truly enjoying life now, a stark contrast to my previous struggles. The quality of chiropractic and medical care and associated treatments I received is unparalleled. The value provided by Fraum Health and the genuine care they extend to their patients is worth the investment in your well-being. I highly recommend this group that can truly enhance your quality of life, just as they did for me.

  Dr H and the staff at Fraum are amazing. I went there for my neuropathy in my feet and hands. About 8 months ago. She put me on a plan of red light therapy, stimulation for my hands and my legs. Plus the right supplements, medicines and Physical therapy for Balance. I am happy to say I am walking 5 miles a day now, playing pickleball and starting to workout with weights. I can walk across the hardwood floor with no shoes and not worry about the sharp pains in my feet. I can feel my hands and fingers with no sharp pains. I feel amazing with great results. Thank you to Fraum I am living my best life.
