- BHB HJul 31, 20265.0My first visit to Triangle Visions in Greer was today for my annual eye exam. The front desk lady was very nice, the young lady that took many of my eye measurements was very knowledgeable and kind. Dr Chilton was also very knowledgeable and kind and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed or pushed into buying new frames or contacts through them. I did order contacts through them as the young lady found me a great deal!! I highly recommend Triangle Visions.

She was handling a call, being extremely helpful to the caller while quietly letting me know she'd be with me momentarily. She gracefully and professionally ended the call to attend to checking me in. Such a friendly and warm person that set the tone for my experience. My technician experience was equally as satisfying; a very warm and friendly welcome, very professional but warm at the same time. I felt I was in good, competent hands. The doctor was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable. She made me feel relaxed and listened to, making eye contact and acknowledging and addressing my concerns. Very nice and friendly. The girls helping me with frames and checking me out was the icing on my cake. So sweet, so nice, so helpful and accomodating, I could've stayed an hour just gabbing, a pure delight. I was made to feel like family and like I've always been coming here. Thank you!
