  April 27th I showed up for my appointment, which is a 45 minute drive from my house, filled out paperwork and was called into an office only to be informed my visit for a discussion about a colonoscopy was canceled due to a recent cardiac conversion. I asked why someone couldn’t have called me prior to cancel and was told they just noticed it in my chart. This was just a visit to discuss the colonoscopy but they rescheduled to May 21st, 2026. On the morning of May 21st, despite TWO text messages confirming my appointment, I called to make sure they would see me and was told ‘no, they want to wait until after my appointment with my cardiologist’. So when were they going to tell me this? Apparently after I drove an hour and a half round trip and gas at $4.19 a gallon. Very, very bad communication skills in this practice, which I have heard from several of their clients and have now experienced for myself.

  Don’t waste your time or money or health here. They are there to sell endoscopy and colonoscopy. Run your insurance for a million tests and never diagnose or treat. You will never see a Dr outside of the operating room. They will insist on a nurse practitioner that will never treat you for anything other than lining you up for those $ procedures. You stay sick, they get rich. Go elsewhere and don’t even bother with this place.

  Would preferably recommend some place else if you have to have a lower and upper endoscopy done at the same time. They lied and said they could not do both procedures the same day when many other places do. They instead want to charge two procedure fees for your insurance. Also the nurses are nothing but snarky and rude especially the older one that has the Karen haircut. Definitely will be looking for a different center to have my procedures done at.
