  It was recommended for my husband. However they didnt allow me back there till the very end. During his procedure they forgot to plug in the IV port. He felt pain the entire time and the nurse held his arm down, asked him if he was okay and when his discomfort was noticeable, they still continued. Not having good balance afterwards they allowed him to get dressed by himself with nobody in there, I didn’t go back there till he was almost done. What if he had fallen and got hurt? Furthermore I had to mention TWICE that the IV needed to be taken out. I noticed a rash from the medicine and mentioned it. They said he looked like that when he came in but he did not then said it had gone down. Before I got back there they asked him who was driving him home, he told them his wife and asked if it was okay for me to sign the legal papers to which he said yes. Papers were never mentioned to me. I even asked if there was anything else before taking him home. Very disappointed by all of it. Hopefully they take some responsibility/accountability when I call tmrw morning because none of that was professional.

  The staff were all very engaged and friendly! They were very helpful and really worked to give great care annd information before and after my procedure! Sydney, Susan, Beth, Dr. Mason, and Sandra are all 5 star!
