April 27th I showed up for my appointment, which is a 45 minute drive from my house, filled out paperwork and was called into an office only to be informed my visit for a discussion about a colonoscopy was canceled due to a recent cardiac conversion. I asked why someone couldn’t have called me prior to cancel and was told they just noticed it in my chart. This was just a visit to discuss the colonoscopy but they rescheduled to May 21st, 2026.
On the morning of May 21st, despite TWO text messages confirming my appointment, I called to make sure they would see me and was told ‘no, they want to wait until after my appointment with my cardiologist’.
So when were they going to tell me this? Apparently after I drove an hour and a half round trip and gas at $4.19 a gallon.
Very, very bad communication skills in this practice, which I have heard from several of their clients and have now experienced for myself.
