  Has taken almost 6 months for them to properly process a single orders' paperwork and shoves all contact of any form on the patient. Decent people, awful business practices. Even Self warned us it could take a long time because of this. There was a mismatch of information on documentation sent to them, but outright refuse to verify with the original sender. Funny how even places owned by Self Regional would reach out to verify information if it's correct and the patient has no involvement, but some random mom and pop shop can't? Nope, patient has to do every step of the way leading to 6 months of calls back and forth between the two offices, saying he said she said between Montgomery center and here. Just got the call back today basically telling me to go back to Self yet again, making this almost 7 months. For shoes. For an enfeebled elderly, nearly deaf patient. This shouldn't be this complicated.

  After wearing a leg for a year that didn’t fit I found CPO and got the best leg I ever had Tommy and his staff are top shelf thanks for everything y’all did for me
