To my delight I was taken care of by a gentleman named David and he was lovely. He made the process of buying new glasses EASY. He was gracious and kind and very helpful. Everyone I've spoken to has been helpful but there's a blonde woman in her 40s or 50s (I think she wears red glasses) who is fabulous and I LOVE HER!!! Give her a big ol' fat raise; she's hilarious, doesn't pressure you, and she found me a plastic frame that I actually wear (usually they go into a drawer and I keep wearing my old metal ones lol). I also had no idea eye exams could actually be enjoyed and their pricing is less than Costco if you don't have insurance. All around, I'm stoked Greenville is fancy enough for a brick and mortar Warby Parker!
