StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Greenville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- BEB EOct 9, 20231.0Horrible experience. Needed to reschedule and the young lady rescheduled did not explain you will still be charged if you reschedule. Then I show up for an appointment and they can’t even find me in the system. Rep was more interested in arguing about what I failed to do instead of providing a customer service and refunding my money when their people failed to mention a cancellation fee. I will not be back and advice you avoid as well Your response is a prime example of your lack of professionalism. I canceled appointments in advance and not the day of. The appointment I did show up to your team could not find me in the system. So I wasted my gas because you all were not capable of managing your systems. Yes the service I finally received was fantastic. My issue is the person that handled the call in response to be being double charged. It is your teams responsibility to let me know there is a fee for rescheduling. Should I charge you a fee for wasting my time driving up there for an appointment you all messed up scheduling. Learn proper customer service Of course your response to an African American customer would be thanks but we don’t want your business anymore. I’m sure you would bend over backwards to provide the best customer service possible to your white customers
