    PHD weight loss has not only helped me lose 18.6 pounds in 9 weeks (with a few more pounds to go) but the "non-scale victories" like joint relief, cooking more than I ever have, and losing fat in areas I never thought I could at my age, has been amazing. I’m 61, and seeing changes in my body composition that I didn't think were possible shows how much the body can respond when it's given the right food and consistency. I look forward to starting the maintenance phase and am confident this time around (I’ve been on weight watchers 3 times and HMR two times) I will be successful because of what I’ve learned with PHD Weight Loss. In addition, the weekly coaching has been a huge help, and the recipes are very good. I can honestly say I do not feel like I’m on a diet.
