    I tried many things without success. I thought I was eating healthy. I worked out several times a week. I did everything that is supposed to reduce your weight. Yet, I was still gaining weight. I am 2 pounds from my goal weight loss of 20 pounds. The counselors are very helpful and so kind. I would never do GLP-1 shots. This program teaches you to eat properly to balance your bodies nutritional needs. I highly recommend PHD Weight Loss for healthy and permanent weight loss.

    I committed to the PHD program with a little bit of skepticism. I began losing weight the first week. I learned much more than what I had already figured out on my own! Created some new salads that will be mainstays for the rest of my life! Reached my goal weight on schedule and I do not think I will have any trouble maintaining it from now on! I have some specific health issues and you guys were very considerate and helpful with those. Some of these issues have even gotten better! Thank you PHD Team for the help you gave me.

    I cannot say enough how AMAZING PhD Weight Loss is! I discovered PhD through Dr. Ashley's podcast on YouTube. After listening to a number of episodes, I realized she had the missing link for me to get let go of the 16 lbs I wanted to let go of. (I had already lost 50 lbs.) I love that they tailored the exact balance of macros for me to follow and that I have consistently released weight every week I've been on the program. I have only 2.6 lbs to go and I know that not only is is coming off, but that with this I'm going to maintain my weight. In fact, I'm going to learn how to eat in a way that continues to keep me burning fat and increasing muscle.     I have been working on my weight loss journey with PHD since March. At this point I’ve not experienced anything that’s too difficult with my plan. My Coach Allisa has been very supportive and helpful throughout the process. At this point with 90 days into the program, I have loss right at 55 pounds! All you have to do is follow the meal menu plan that they provide you with and do not deviate at all! It’s eating clean and healthy. I have personally felt better and the pounds are melting away. I highly recommend PHD Weight Loss to everyone looking to shed weight and become healthier. My only negative has been trying to keep up with clothing that fits for my golfing outings. That’s not a negative at all it’s a wonderful problem to have!

Each member offers encouragement and responds to common questions and challenges unique to this portion of the weight loss journey. Ebony Cornish lead our group with contagious enthusiasm and consistent cheering on, that truly increased my desire to tackle those last pesky pounds and completely collapse the visceral fat! I came away from each session with more grit and determination, thanks to Ebony and the PHD leaders facilitating our zoom meetings.
