  Always a good experience, I’ve only needed cleanings but I’ve had all positive experiences. There seems to be some turnover in the staff but they are always pleasant no matter who I see.

  After me going to so many dentist offices I was always so terrified of going to the dentist. This was my first time in this dentist office and I can’t say anything but good things from all the staff, starting from the front desk ladies, the Hygienist, Dental Assistant and Dr. Morrow, he explained to me what I needed to to get done very clearly and what were my options without pushing me to get things I don’t want or I don’t need. The fabulous staff made me feel very comfortable being there. They are all super nice people. :)

  had a really disappointing experience with this dental office. From the front desk to management, the communication and professionalism were lacking. During my visit, the receptionist was speaking with me when the office manager abruptly cut both of us off mid-sentence and raised her voice. It felt rude, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. What’s even more frustrating is the way my treatment plan was handled. About 6 months ago, I was given a treatment plan, but I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover the major work yet, so I had to wait. Recently, the office called me and said my insurance had kicked in and that I could come in to begin treatment. I took time out of my schedule to go in, only to be told that my insurance still does NOT cover the deep cleaning and that I have to wait another 6 months. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time. Overall, I felt misled and disrespected. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

  As a new patient I was very impressed with the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Ash was great. Kept me well informed throughout my appointment and was very thorough. The dentist was very personable and did a thorough exam. Overall, I was very pleased with Pelham Oaks Dental.

  I am a longtime patient at Pelham Oaks and have consistently been pleased with both their service and their advice. Had a new hygienist today, Stephanie, who was professional and amiable. I will be looking forward to my regular appointments with her going forward.
