- AWAvia WalkerOct 15, 20261.0Terrible customer service! I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The employee, Kaylee or Kylie (I’m unsure of the correct spelling of her name), was rude and unprofessional. A refresher on basic customer service etiquette is clearly needed. When I went into the store to return frames I had purchased online, the blonde employee assured me that my insurance benefits would be reinstated within 30 minutes. That did not happen. My insurance company and I have since called the store multiple times trying to resolve this issue. Each time, Kaylee or Kylie has been rude, placed us on hold, and failed to return to the phone. It is incredibly frustrating to be given incorrect information and then treated disrespectfully when trying to get the issue resolved. Customers should not have to repeatedly call, chase down answers, or deal with unprofessional behavior just to receive assistance with a return. This experience has been unacceptable, and I expected much better customer service from LensCrafters.
