  I haven’t received my glasses. Went to pick them up after having to call them to see if they was in and couldn’t even see out of them when I got them. I haven’t heard from anyone about them very disappointed.

  This was the best experience I have ever had shopping for glasses and contacts. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Thank you for bearing with me as I tried on contacts for the first time and ensuring that I knew what I was doing! I will definitely recommend this location to family, friends and strangers!

  I had a really great experience at LensCrafters at Haywood Mall. Dr. Gary was wonderful—she was friendly, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and felt very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The front office staff was amazing as well. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. From start to finish, the whole experience was easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gary and the team at LensCrafters at Haywood Mall!

  Miscommunication or incompetence can sum up my elderly mother's visit to this location. On her initial appointment, she was told it would take 7-10 days for the prescription lenses to be ready for pick up. After 19 days, and no contact from lenscrafters (they had the incorrect phone number on file) she drove to the greenville location and was told to come back in a hour and half. When her new lenses were cut, they were the wrong prescription. So whatever third party manufacturer lenscrafters uses, put her old prescription in the new lenses. She was told it was going take another 7-10 days for the correct prescription lenses to be made. My mother is an elderly woman on a fixed income with terrible vision. Lenscrafters disregarded her time as a customer, but gladly accepted her hundreds of dollars for expensive prescription lenses. As a son, I thought it was necessary to leave a review about another company who could care less about their customers.

  The frame of my glasses was broken. The prior RX had expired, and my eye exam wasn't scheduled for 2 weeks (I have a specialized eye exam due to medication effects, so I couldn't schedule a 'same day' vision check) The staff at Verdae was extremely helpful! Elaine (?) put my existing lenses into a different frame while we waited, at no cost! She was extremely pleasant and very helpful! I highly recommend LensCrafters on Verdae!
