- BRbetty rosemondOct 15, 20261.0My experience was unexpectedly horrible. I went in the past with a wonderful experience but not this time. Staff was unprofessional and rude from the beginning. The female who was at the desk supposedly updated my number in front of me but when I called today I was told it probably didn't update in the system. Glasses has been ready apparently according to who I talked to but text was sent to my old number. My visit was a week ago.
- EBErica BoydOct 14, 20261.0I urgently needed a lens for an uncommon prescription and spent hours calling optical stores throughout Greenville and Spartanburg counties. Eyemart Express told me they had it. I asked a second time to confirm, and the answer was still yes. I explained that it would take me 45 minutes to an hour to get there. When I arrived, they did not have the lens. I was told it had just been put into another customer’s frame. After struggling to find this prescription across two counties, I found that explanation difficult to believe. The showroom’s presentation and cleanliness were A+. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match. I left without the lens and with nearly two hours wasted driving during the 4-6 pm traffic congestion.
- PSPatricia SullivanAug 31, 20261.0The girl that waited on me kept adding stuff that I didn't ask for like stitch resistant told her take that off and she did but unknowingly to me she added lens cleaner which I didn't ask for and didn't realize it till I got home I assumed they were giving me the cleaner light skin girl that can speak Spanish

- BBBunny BurpsJul 29, 20265.0Went with my boyfriend to get him some glasses and this place was fantastic! Dr. Patel was great and Cameron helped us find some nice glasses in our budget. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know!! Great prices.
