I arrived at the address provided at 11:55 a.m. for a ride that was scheduled for 12:15 p.m. Unfortunately, the address led us to an area where ongoing construction completely blocked access to the shop. We called at 12:05 p.m. to explain the situation and ask for assistance, but were told that we would not be allowed to ride, despite the fact that the issue was caused by incorrect directions and the lack of instructions on how to access the business during construction. It was very disappointing that no effort was made to accommodate us, even though we arrived early and reached out before our scheduled time. Because of this experience, they lost two potential customers. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
