- PJPoochie JonesMay 2, 20265.0I purchased a NuStep cardio device from this Company in April 2026. Overall, dealing with them was a wonderful experience, from the sales perspective (thank you, Bret) to the actual delivery and set up. Loving the unit which has become instrumental in aiding me with recovery of my total knee replacement. Highly recommend using them.
- MSMarshall StowersApr 4, 20225.0The installers from Carolina Specialty Fitness provided excellent installation service and great customer service. Matt was very knowledgeable of the products and ensured that we were completely satisfied with the products before departing. I would definitely use this company for future needs.
- SSSapna SarupriaDec 10, 20205.0The guys who came for the installation were excellent. Matt is one of them. They even turned around and came back to fix things when I heard a weird noise. They assembled ahead of time to minimize time in the house and wore masks for most of the times. I appreciated that.
- MKMary KellerJul 8, 20205.0A great experience from beginning to end. Prices are better than those found online, too. Even after paying for delivery and installation, we beat the online price. :) Delivery and installation was easy to schedule and everything went off without a hitch.
