  I do the Aqua Fit three times a week. Great classes. Lauren will give you a good workout so be prepared. The men’s locker is kept clean. Plastic bags are made available for your wet swim clothes. My wife says the women’s locker room is clean too. Shower area and steam room are in good repair and clean. There are a lot of classes available to choose from and many are available at different levels. All the equipment is in great shape and the exercise floor is always in good shape. If you want to invest in your health this is the place to go.

  I'm surprised ACAC puts its name on this club. It reminds me of a YMCA from the 60's. The only clubs I have to compare it with are Richmond and Charlottesville which are clean and modern. I tried to swim in the hotel size pool and there were no towels! I ended up drying with paper towels. I hope it's patrons aren't paying much for dues.

  This place has really changed. I been a member for over 15 years. It was much different when it was the sport club. The one on Congaree road increased their membership fees to over $100 per month with NO upgrades. You are denied the indoor swimming pool as well as the Jacuzzi every day due to Kid club up to 2:30pm. They sent No newsletter or email letting members know the pool and jacuzzi was off-limits!The water in the showers are cold some days and the steam room is out of order most of the time! Unlike the one in Simpsonville they provide you towels and a locker, this one gives you nothing. But they have increased their rates twice! Some of the front desk staff members are so rude!!
