She explained everything so that I could understand it all. She has put me on the path to retrain my brain in order to recoup sounds that are gone from my memory. Great visit!!!!

I was at a huge loss with desperation mounting and the fact I had hearing aids I purchased from another competitor and could not hear. The problem was they were incorrectly fitted, kept "popping" out. and the owner would not listen to my issues. From that time on I placed my hearing and trust into her hands. Her expertise in the field of hearing tests, knowledge of the anatomy of the ear lead to answers to my dilemma. With attentive listening, patience and understanding I finally have my hearing life back. The office staff is always cordial. I highly recommend Miss Lisa. You will not be disappointed.
