  Daughter went for eye exam and glasses fitting. Frames stretched out a few days later , took them back so they the manager can eee them and they said they can adjust them . After the 3rd time of frames constantly stretching out excuse after excuse I’m done taking them back . I don’t have time in my day to continue going back and back and back . Don’t recommend using them for frames. We want be back and I don’t recommend spending the money there, I have used several other eye fr offices before through the years and we have never had this issue. Adding a photo of her frames that have been fixed several times her head isn’t that big she is only 19 years old but they continue to do the same thing . Save money and go elsewhere.

  Terrible Service Came in 2 Saturdays Ago She made me purchase glasses I did not like and they costed more than my insurance covered then got a snorky attitude when telling her that my insurance was supposed to cover everything but I still didn’t mind paying out of pocket I had to spend 456 on one pair of glasses plus things that I didn’t even have in my first pair when I sat down at her desk there she kept adding things and didn’t list a price at the end only told me this is what I had to pay to see. Meaisha was terrible, desk was clutter had to move everything off her desk just for me to be able to write on the form didn’t want me to use a pen saying it’s hers they’re business should think about the people they’re hiring she just wanted a buck off of me and I felt my experience was terrible. If I could give this place a 0 I would DONT GO HERE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU

  Told me my insurance was inactive but when I pull up my policy it shows I have active coverage could be because they can’t spell my name rt so I tried to cancel the appointment called Myrtle beach an Georgetown location 5 or 6 times a piece and no one will answer phone also texted the number that texted me about the insurance no answer there either poor way to run a dr office I think

  Meisha and Jasmine @ the Georgetown location made my evening. Their customer service skills are impeccable. But to whom it may concern, Fix the damn hours online. The location is not opened until 7pm. They close at 5pm. That's false advertising especially after a long drive to get here.
