My stamina is up and I can lift things much more easily. Ericka and Melanie run a great location and are both great instructors. I’m able to modify but still always have an effective workout!

It has been a little over two years since I started attending Barre3 in Fort Mill, SC. and when talking about this particular location, I say over and over again ' it's a -space- created with every single element in mind'. The place is immaculate! Lots of sunshine, you are greeted every single day with a sincere welcome, the instructors are all well trained and very much working out with you. There is a natural and easy camaraderie amongst everyone, which all together, makes for a great place to be part of! Patricia
