    Over the last 2 months I have made many, many calls to this company attempting to get finalized info for a prescribed motorized scooter. I have been given the runaround, never a definite answer. As of today, I have waited over 2 days for a return call from Management, attempting to escalate the situation to someone who will actually do something other than give me stories. I left a voicemail advising that if I did not hear back, I would be filing a complaint with Medicare. All documents have been signed, evaluation was done, Supplemental Insurance confirmed. My husband still does not have any mobility equipment. I just got off the phone with Medicare, Who has not yet been contacted by National Seating and Mobility. Use caution when dealing with them and sadly, lower your expectations.

    Steven the tech was fantastic that is where it stops I was fitted for a powerchair 3-4 months ago was promised I would have it by December, I have had no contact from the office although i have called at least 5 times and always told waiting on Dr to fill forms I have done the leg work and contacted my Dr 4 times and they have contiued to send the forms required back now in anew year when insurance started all over and still no results very poor communication skills If I was going to ignored I could have bought a chair online and looks like I am going to have to settle for one.

    Mike from the Florence office did a great job with the bed. When he arrived he went straight to work. He was very polite, friendly, and respectful. Sometimes you may get people that are not so friendly. You want them to leave but they have a job to do first. That was not the case with Mike. The bed was put up in no time. He cleaned up behind himself and took the trash with him. I am absolutely grateful for my baby new bed and for Mike.
