  I came here back in June for a contact fitting to pick up my prescription so I could order the contacts online. They did not give me the prescription and instead requested I call them in a week to confirm if I like the contacts. What they did not inform me of is they have a policy that if you don’t call in a week they will not release your prescription unless you pay a $42 late fee. I have looked into this and it is illegal under the FTC contact lens and eye glasses rule that states prescriptions must be released immediately following the fitting. I will be reporting this store to local licensing boards.

  I received exceptional service and care. At the time of my visit, I went for a follow up to re-examine an eye for improvement after completing prescribed medication instructions. My eye felt better and additional OTC medication was suggested for future use.

  Dr. Kollis and her team was outstanding!! Dr. Kollis found an issue with my eye on a Friday afternoon that was quickly assessed by a specialist and fixed! I HIGHLY recommend Magnolia Eye!!

  Because Magnolia Eye Associates at LensCrafters is heavily booked, usually about a month out, it was a bit of a struggle to find a day in their schedule that coincided with my availability from work. The assistant who ran the air puff test with the tonometer machine with me was curt and unfriendly. However, my exceptional experience with the new optometrist, Dr. Danny Head, made my visit well worth the trip. He was punctual, warm, conversational, and above all, thorough at his job. For context, I have worn high-index lenses for many years for my high prescription with astigmatism. None of my previous optometrists across various states have ever gotten my prescription precisely right--my right eye in particular has always had to squint and adjust when at my reading-intensive job, and I've grown accustomed and resigned to the reality of having migraines more days than not as a result of the eye strain. Past optometrists have also struggled to correct my prescription when I return to them with these symptoms and complaints, and often attribute my headaches to other unknown sources. This was not the case with Dr. Head! All while casually chatting with me and making me feel at ease, he effortlessly cycled through a long and thorough series of lenses and tests. When he began to suspect that the power for my right eye has never been assessed correctly due to its extreme astigmatism, he ran some extra lens tests. Sure enough, the prescription came out the most crystal clear that I've been able to see in almost a decade. It has been almost four weeks now since I began using the new lenses, and not once have I suffered a migraine. Reading, which has been a lifelong love of mine for pleasure as well as for work, has become once again the joy that it was for me before. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Head for his amiable personality and his outstanding expertise.
