She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the frames and fit of the frames. I used my insurance and she was able to get me accurate prices for the selected frames which made it easier to choose. She made sure she spoke to everyone that walked through that door. She assisted other customers and made sure to come and check on me as I looked at different frames. She showed great customer service today, with her vibrant energy and awesome personality I would definitely come back for more glasses.

Almost two weeks later they were still saying the glasses had not come in. I drove over before my flight and had them check the back. The glasses were there. A tech would not release them. My Florida exam is good for two years. She only accepts one, called mine fake, and has done this to other customers. Corporate said the store is independent and ended the chat. I went back for a refund. They did not send me away. The manager made the calls herself and handed me the pair I had already paid for. I wish I had her name. She took a horrible experience and fixed it.
