I can not speak highly enough of Will. He was fantastic and patient with our daughter who is very particular. He also went above and beyond helping my other daughter and husband with problems with their glasses! We will definitely be back and want him to help us each time!!

First time I have been here and the staff was very friendly. They were able to get me an appointment right away. T.J helped me with picking my frames and he was spot on with the choice. Very happy with service.

I called June 1st to set appt/confirm my new vision ins. is excepted.June 19th first time coming to here, my appt. was at 11am,my child was right after me. After filling out necessary forms, being called to the back the female went over the info. on the form that I filled out, she proceeded to tell me it would be $10 to see the doctor but a total of $49 which includes images because they don't dilate eyes in office. At that moment, I wasn't prepared, expected or told prior to this that there was a charge. I told her yes, I will go ahead, pay for myself but I won’t pay for my child exam who is to be seen after me. I said she was able to be seen recently at our previous eye care facility (where I've never paid for an annual exam) but I wasn't seen due to them not accepting my new insurance which is why we are here. I let her know I have a copy of her prescription, she said okay just show the front desk when I go back out so once done she told me to have a seat back in lobby which I did after I showed the front desk the paper. This same female then called my child to the back while another employee called me to another exam room to see the doctor. After I see the doctor, my child is called in by the doctor and examined. Now we checking out, the manager tells me its $49 for me &my child & if I want her prescription I'd have to pay because its different than the one I had a copy of. I told her I just told the other female I'm only paying for myself, There's back and forth she's being rude telling me well I have to pay & said I should have stopped the doctor. I said its my first time here, every place is different I already had told them I wasn't prepared to pay both so why call her back anyway thats poor communication on their part. I paid for myself then I asked can I just apply that for my child so I get her prescription and I'll just wait for mine.I was told no she already closed it out. Now I have a balance to pay before being seen/if my child is seen again and to get the prescription. For a first time patient, I am highly disappointed that no accountability was taken, the poor communication, the attitude received by the manger and the other female that I specifically told her and the front desk I'll be just paying for myself until I asked if I'd could apply that payment for my child instead but was told No. The doctor was great unfortunately, how I was treated by other staff I can't recommend to anyone and most likely won't be back unless resolved. I hope to hear back from the owner.

I had a fantastic experience at this LensCrafters, specifically thanks to the outstanding service provided by Theunis.
He did an incredible job breaking down all of my lens and frame options, making the entire process incredibly clear and easy to understand. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by choices, I felt confident and well-informed about exactly what I was purchasing. Theunis was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable. If you want top-tier customer service and someone who truly takes the time to walk you through your options, ask for Theunis. I'll definitely be returning!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
