I took the free intro class they offered, and I signed up right after class and haven’t looked baxk since. The instructors Anna, Morgan & Janae are my favs. Anna is my day one!!! Morgan I got to watch turn into an instructor and she is amazing, She is the pulse queen okay! ☺️ Janae is a newbe but I immediately liked her after her first class. She is so patient and really focuses on making sure each one is getting the maximum results they can while in her class. Im 47yrs old and Piltaes has really helped me get my body back being flexible and even shaping up my body. I know longer wake up feeling tight. Ooh and you feel it the benifits after just one class.
