They charged me $2480.00 for plastic inserts when I thought i was getting a life time of podiatry care. The manager would not give her last name when i tried to return their product. I only recently discovered their NO REFUND POLICY. Noone mentioned that when I filled out the credit application. They're a franchise operation with no concern for the customer after the sale. Again, go to a certified podiatrist, I wish I had.
