- GGghe5389dMay 25, 20265.0I have a long story that led me to Dr. Rich. I had one ENT stop communicating with me after 7 months instead of saying he can't do it. I had an honest ENT after him tell me that ENTs cannot do my surgery (Dr. Burkhalter) and I would recommend him for ENT work. His office referred me to a lady in Charleston but I wanted someone local. Through their research and mine we both came up with the same man, Dr. Rich. I was impressed with him in many ways... 1) Every surgeon said that they need to get a cadaver approved for my nose and with him it wasn't a problem. 2) Every surgeon prior to him said insurance takes a while to approve it, but he got it approved quickly. 3) He has been doing it for over 3 decades and before my anesthesia he prayed by my bed with my wife there and asked God to give him the skill of his hands. I am still recovering but am so glad that I was able have Rich be my surgeon for my life long nose problems I have had. He was worth the wait!
