  The staff at OneLife Fitness are beyond exceptional. Aaron, Qwa, Brandon, and Pharrell Are quick to say hello with welcoming smiles as soon as you walk through the door and genuinely mean it. Each individual has their own personality and that's a great thing to have with a diverse group of individuals navigating their specific fitness journey. The staff give great recommendations when using certain equipment and even recommendations on which protein drink to have before/after a gym session. Our family has been here for almost 4 years and have nothing but positives to share. The updated equipment across all platforms has motivated us to attend quite frequently and it is in pristine condition. Thank you OneLife Fitness for making this facility a welcoming environment for everyone!

  Super friendly and patient! The trainer Anton made the whole sign-up process so easy and took the time to explain everything. I felt very welcome and had a great experience. Thank you so much! 😊 Highly recommend!

  Employees are awesome and always curious. Such as greeting with a smile and saying have a great day if they see you leaving. They are great at solving issues as needed and polite if not able to resolve at the moment. How to improve? I would require a scan of one’s membership when checking out items from behind the counter. If this is not possible then have a sign in/out sheet when borrowing. Not returning the item could result in a charge and this needs to be visibly noted. It’s a disadvantage to members who do follow the proper procedure and resulting in having to bring your equipment to the workouts. This is no fault to the staff but rather unfortunate.

  Aaron was amazing! He made the sign-up process at OneLife Fitness super easy and comfortable. He was very helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciate his great customer service and positive attitude. Highly recommend asking for Aaron if you’re thinking about joining!
