Been going here since January and honestly this place is dope! They have great staff who are helpful, knowledgeable and actually wanna see you succeed . Your not just a number here… Awesome amenities, a lot of machines so your workout won’t get slowed down and they have workout groups with people who are actually helpful and wanna see you thrive! Come join !
I’ve been going to Onelife Fitness for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best gyms I’ve joined. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there’s plenty of space no matter what type of workout you’re doing.
What really stands out is the atmosphere the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating without being pushy. This gym makes it easy to stay consistent and motivated.
I also appreciate the variety of equipment and classes available, so workouts never get boring. Overall, great environment, great people, and definitely worth the membership.
I genuinely can’t say enough good things about One Life Fitness Sandhills. Walking into the gym used to feel intimidating for me, but this place completely changed that. The environment is motivating without feeling judgmental, and the staff and members always make it feel welcoming.
Over time, this gym has become more than just a place to work out. It’s helped me build confidence, consistency, and healthier habits that have honestly changed my daily life. The equipment is always clean, there’s so much variety, and the energy there makes it easier to stay disciplined even on hard days.
Really grateful for the community and atmosphere here. Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself.

I’ve been coming to One Life for about a year now and overall, it is a clean, nice gym! Aaron at the front desk is amazing. He was able to sign me and my sister up & is always so friendly & helpful. The one thing to note is that there is only one hip abductor machine and it is always a line waiting for it. I think in a busy gym we need at least 2 of each machine. This is a big & busy gym.

Love, Love The team! If you need a hi-calorie fat burning workout, I’d recommend cycling. Absolutely no judgment zone. Sima, Shannon, Louise, and Katrina offer the best “burn” for your buck. I’ve started training with Kirsten Coates, and I am happy with my results, the way I feel especially now that I’m seeing a few muscle pops.
I would love for them to offer more than one morning cycling session as the bikes fill up fast. Perhaps consider doing an 8:30 and 10:am class.
