Huge shoutout to Onelife Fitness and especially our tour guide Chris! From the moment we walked in, his energy was contagious in the best way possible. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and you can genuinely tell he stands behind the brand and believes in what he’s offering people. Nothing felt forced or salesy. It felt like someone truly wanting to help you change your life.
I’m not even gonna lie… I signed up for something I technically can’t afford right now 😭 but that’s how motivated and inspired I felt after the tour. That says a lot. Chris made me feel like investing in my health and future is worth it, and honestly, I’m planning to make it work because my wellness matters that much.He’s a great asset to this gym, and I’m genuinely looking forward to starting this new healthy lifestyle journey with Onelife Fitness. If you get a chance to tour with Chris, do it!

AJ was extremely professional and took the time and patience I needed to make my decision to join. Initially, I only came in for a tour, but because of his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine approach, I decided to sign up. He made the entire experience comfortable and welcoming. I’m excited to begin my fitness journey and truly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.

Chris has been amazing from day one, and his customer service truly stands out. Since I joined, he’s consistently checked in on me, made sure I’m staying on track, and always takes the time to encourage me. He always makes it a point to recognize my growth, and that kind of support really pushes me to keep going. Join Onelife you won’t regret it!

Update- The manager reached out to me and promised there would be no more charges. I found the email where I filled out the cancellation form and I have sent it to the manager as well at the email listed from the owner. This is of Sunday, so hopefully this mistake will be fixed next week.
I never post bad reviews but I am very upset. I canceled my membership at least two years ago- it was difficult to cancel due to paper work that had to fill out and come into the place but I was told there was not going to be any more charges. I’ve been trying to get a card paid off and now I see they have been charging me. I called last week and they said they would contact me by email. No emails ever came so called today and said it’s high priority at the corporate office. I’m already out over 800.00. This is ridiculous.
