  The gym is always clean, the trainers are some of the best you’ll find around! The staff is ALWAYS Smiling & helpful! Overall, 5 star experience!!!

  So I was looking into joining another gym just because the one gym I went to quit having sliver sneaker so I ended up paying for the y 50.00 so I looked on my insurance app and I saw one life fitness offered I was amazed at how well they took care of me they gave me a very detailed tour of everything in the gym I was so impressed that they had 2 free training sessions with a personal now I’m not gonna turn down anything free 😂 so Eric the general manager was amazing at explaining stuff and I got to talk to the fitness director and it was such a great experience Shannon was amazing explaining stuff to me and he was so very professional and patient with me and I can’t wait to have my 2 training sessions with him as well it was so very clean as well like just the whole lay out just had me amazed highly recommend going to the one life fitness

  been going here for a long time now and the staff is GREAT! Especially love the kind cleaning staff who do a great job and are always a joy to chat with. extremely welcoming gym that is very supportive. Love the atmosphere of the gym and all the amenities. It’s a pretty social gym so sometimes it’s difficult to get in your focus if tons of people are around and using machines you are needing and a decent amount of people filming (personally i’m a no phone person) but that’s just the supportive community vibe! Highly recommend

  This extraordinary member Aj Wallace just made my day. I came in and accidently dropped my phone inside the machine while being on the stair master. I asked if he could assist me with this issue and without hesitation he proceeded to help me get my phone out of the machine. No damage ended up being done to the machine or my phone which is what had me so ecstatic. I thanked him dearly as it is hard to find workers so admirable and swift to help a customer in need. Not only was he patient and kind but also knowledgeable and diligent in his work. Please give this gentlemen a raise, he is deserving of such.
