  I ❤️ one life fitness, this place gives me everything, I need to build, restore and has a recovery room for the body i.e hydromassage, leg therapy as well as the red light therapy which is a must, even has a day care and/or a salon in most of the One Life Fitnesses, they're actually remodeling the entire pool, jacuzzi etc, in each one wooo hooo!!!! so they're closed until Oct 1st 2026, some One Life Fitnesses are one level, two level and three level, depends on location, didn't take pictures perhaps next time, visit the website it doesn't disappoint 😀 don't walk or run, come get a great workout experience!!!!

  I enjoy a good workout each time. The machines I like to use are always up and running , plenty availability. The staff is very friendly.

  Chris was very informative about the gym and the benefits with each membership level. The sign up process was smooth and quick.

  Troy and the staff are wonderful. The gym is clean and has everything you need. The massage and red light therapy takes it up another notch.

  I just got a new membership today and it was a seemless experience. Mr. Chris was very friendly and even helped me to get a discount I didn't even know I qualified for through my job. Which was a welcoming surprise. If you're thinking of joining, be sure to ask for him!
