  Joseph was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a thorough walkthrough, making sure I understood everything. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable. It was a great experience!

  Joseph was a great help with introducing me to the Onelife Fitness facility as well as getting me set up my first gym membership. The tour was very helpful with showing me what they have to offer and how they can help me get in proper shape.

  I have just started training with Joey and he has helped me so much on my wellness journey! He is very motivating and makes you want to do the work. He watches you while you train and if you struggle he will adjust the weights for YOU! If you are looking for a personal trainer, I’d highly recommend him! You will not be disappointed!

  Napoleon was super friendly and informative while taking us on a tour of the facility. He answered all of our questions with great detail and patience and gave us recommendations on the best membership options to choose. I highly recommend taking a tour with Napoleon!

  I am so thankful for the One Life Fitness Center crew - especially Ignacio Cordero. He has been my trainer for about a year now. I am 69 years old and moving better than I have in years. I’m also down fifteen pounds over the past six months. Ignacio helped me to build muscle around the areas where I have arthritis which has eased the pain and helped with flexibility and mobility. I am go grateful!!
