So, I made an appointment at the Columbia SC office on Forum Drive. Patrick was amazing! He quickly saw where the problem was and my mama left with a newer hearing aid and a huge smile, as she could hear! :-) He is having the battery replaced in her old hearing aid and will call us when it is returned! His receptionist was very friendly and kind! She held the door open for us as we entered and offered us something to drink! GREAT GREAT experience! Thank you!!! Sandra Weston (daughter)
