  Patrick at The Harbison location is very through and easy to work with. The test and autograph gives you an easy way to see your hearing status. Everything from the hearing test to the fitting, setup and instructions were handled in aprofessional and understandable way. I highly recommend this location and staff.

  My Mother has been using the Bower Parkway office for two years and hasn’t had any issues until this year. The last 2 appointment reminders had her time 30 minutes later than shown on her appointment cards. Today’s card had her down for a hearing check, but we arrived, the clerk said it was only for tips. (Her hearing test has always been in May.) She would not schedule her next appointment for a hearing recheck either! What’s going on?

  This place was very warm and welcoming. The receptionist was very kind and there was a little coffee bar and water. I did a hearing test with Benjy, the hearing representative and he was very thorough and explained to me what the hearing test meant for me. He was very genuine, helpful and amazing. Thank you both for your time and help!

  I have been coming to Miracle Ear since 2017. Always a wonderful experience. Because of COVID I had to rearrange my yearly check up. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from both Felicia (Customer Care) and Danielle (Hearing Instrument Specialist) Danielle gave me a thorough exam and also cleaned and reprogramed my hearing aids. She was very professional and friendly. She took her time and answered all of my concerns. I highly recommend the staff at the Bower Parkway location. Marie Buchner
