Everything from the hearing test to the fitting, setup and instructions were handled in aprofessional and understandable way. I highly recommend this location and staff.

I did a hearing test with Benjy, the hearing representative and he was very thorough and explained to me what the hearing test meant for me. He was very genuine, helpful and amazing. I was thoroughly examined and tested and was given a pair of rechargeable hearing aids to take with me to see how they worked in different situations. It was a 30 day free trial. Danielle was great! Very pleasant and professional. The Miracle Ear hearing aids worked great and noticeably improved my hearing and speech comprehension. Rechargeable vs battery is very convenient and what I would prefer now. I am still unsure if this is the best solution for me only because of the cost of the hearing aids. Apart from that, I would comfortably recommend this product and location.
