I’ve been a Miracle Ear gal for over 7 years. Last month I purchased a new set of hearing aids. Patrick now is permanent at this location and I just want to give him a shout out for informing me and selling me this new technology. I can’t believe how well I’m hearing now. I didn’t realize that my hearing wasn’t as good as it could be with newer technology. A lot changes in 7 years. Patrick is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I’ve went back again today to change to a different ear piece. It feels like family to walk in. It’s good to know they are there for me.

My Mother has been using the Bower Parkway office for two years and hasn’t had any issues until this year. The last 2 appointment reminders had her time 30 minutes later than shown on her appointment cards. Today’s card had her down for a hearing check, but we arrived, the clerk said it was only for tips. (Her hearing test has always been in May.) She would not schedule her next appointment for a hearing recheck either! What’s going on?

In the process of updating my hearing aid needs for my mild to profound hearing loss, I visited Miracle Ear in Harbison. I was thoroughly examined and tested and was given a pair of rechargeable hearing aids to take with me to see how they worked in different situations. It was a 30 day free trial. Danielle was great! Very pleasant and professional. The Miracle Ear hearing aids worked great and noticeably improved my hearing and speech comprehension. Rechargeable vs battery is very convenient and what I would prefer now. I am still unsure if this is the best solution for me only because of the cost of the hearing aids. Apart from that, I would comfortably recommend this product and location.

Danielle helped make my grandfather so comfortable. He really wasn’t excited to have his hearing checked. I was extremely grateful for her guidance and putting him at ease! I highly recommend Miracle Ear on Bower Parkway.
