  Wow!!! What a service!!! Like never before!!! . Trish was my super hero today!!! My daughter and I gave 10 “S” for super woman, super mom, super kind, super pleasant, super friendly, super intentional, super funny, super caring. She fixed my old glasses and cleaned them with kindness. She is a keeper, great customer service. The eye Doctor that fill in for my appointment today was very nice also!!!

  I haven’t had an eye appointment in YEARS, but LensCrafters in Sandhills made me feel so welcome. However, I would like to bring acknowledgment to Trish! Trish was wonderful to say the least. She was knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had during my fitting and was such a welcoming individual. She helped me pick out my glasses and she definitely had an eye for style. If you’re ever in need for a new pair of glasses and want someone who cares, ask for Trish. She’s the best!

  Extremely disappointing experience at Eye Associates of Columbia located in LensCrafters Sandhill location in Columbia, SC. This was a complete waste of my time due to poor communication and a failure to properly manage appointments. My original appointment was canceled for an unknown reason, so I rescheduled. My child’s date of birth was verified, and I received multiple text confirmations for the appointments. After arriving for the rescheduled appointment and waiting about 10 minutes, I was told that Dr. Bernhardt does not see children and that I would need to reschedule with another doctor. When I asked if that was why my original appointment had been canceled, the representative said, “Yeah, probably!” “Probably” is an unacceptable answer after a customer has received multiple appointment confirmations and taken the time to show up. This should have been caught by the scheduling system before the appointment was confirmed. Wasting a customer’s time once is frustrating. Doing it twice is unacceptable. I declined to reschedule and left. LensCrafters has lost my business. Better communication and basic attention to appointment details could have prevented this entire situation.

  If I could give this place 20 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff at LensCrafters were by far the best! In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, this location truly exceeded my expectations. Trish was absolutely amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, insightful, patient, and genuinely made the entire experience a great one. You can tell when someone truly cares about providing excellent service, and Trish definitely does! Thank you to the entire team for making my experience such a positive one. I highly recommend this location!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with how a concern involving my son’s specialty Essilor lenses was handled at this location. Two pairs developed a very similar cloudy/crackled coating issue, including one that had barely been worn. The manager acknowledged she had never seen anything like it before, yet the issue was still determined to be customer-caused without the additional evaluation we requested. What concerned me most was how we were treated. Another employee who was not assisting us entered the conversation and suggested we must have sprayed something on the lenses. We have damaged glasses before, accepted responsibility, and paid the deductible without complaint. We weren’t asking anyone to automatically agree with us—we simply wanted an unusual issue investigated before assuming we caused it. To be fair, we have had positive experiences with other staff at this location, including when we recently picked up the replacement glasses. However, the underlying issue was never further evaluated, so I still don’t know what happens if the same problem develops with the replacement lenses. I was also told I would receive a receipt from our recent visit, but I have not received it. A simple, “This is unusual; let us look into it,” would have made a tremendous difference.
