The assistant that was in the room with me was great and talked me through section and step. Bernadette was amazing and helped me at checkout and informative at best. Great customer service and staff. This store is a 10/10.

Elizabeth was also awesome as well, helping me to work through my insurance benefits, and finalizing all of my details before I purchased a frame.

Most recently, I needed a lot of help with an eye exam and 3 new prescriptions, and from start to finish Bernadette and Jeanie were amazing! They took the time to make sure my glasses were right for me and made a *huge* difference in figuring out exactly what I needed. There are many frame choices available (hello, Versace!) and they have Meta glasses too.
