Everyone was great loved the staff from when I walked in until I walked out. My doctor was amazing, took her time and listened. The assistant that was in the room with me was great and talked me through section and step. Bernadette was amazing and helped me at checkout and informative at best. Great customer service and staff. This store is a 10/10.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters Bernadette made me feel extremely comfortable and was very warm and welcoming, she went out of her way to engage me in conversation, help me decide which frame I liked the best, and to enter in my prescription details proactively. Elizabeth was also awesome as well, helping me to work through my insurance benefits, and finalizing all of my details before I purchased a frame.

What a great team!❤️❤️❤️ I have bought my glasses here for the past several years, and have always had an excellent experience. Most recently, I needed a lot of help with an eye exam and 3 new prescriptions, and from start to finish Bernadette and Jeanie were amazing! They took the time to make sure my glasses were right for me and made a *huge* difference in figuring out exactly what I needed. There are many frame choices available (hello, Versace!) and they have Meta glasses too.

First time at this location and Ms. Bernadette was very welcoming and helping during the checkout process. Tod who did the exams before you see the provider was also welcoming and explained each exam thoroughly. The doctor Courtney Ward was nice and my exam was smooth and easy.

I had such a pleasant experience today obtaining new lens. I worked with Trey who inspired confidence in me as he measured for the lens I now need. What a great conversation we had during the process. It's not the store, but the employees who make a business successful. I could tell everyone on that team was wonderful.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
