I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters thanks to Cayla. She was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find frames that fit perfectly, and made sure I understood my lens options without feeling pressured. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate the care and effort she showed me. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

The manager was so helpful, honest, thorough, and knowledgeable about what types of frames I need for my prescription. He steered me away from the ones that wouldn’t be good for my prescription even though I liked them, he knew they wouldn’t be best for me. He took time to answer all of my questions when other employees were more concerned with finishing their conversation with another associate. If you use Lens Crafters, look for the manager. You won’t be sorry!

This was my first visit to this LensCrafters location and upon walking into the store, every employee was already working with a customer and there was a wait for eye exams. I had already had my eye exam from a different provider, so I was just coming in to look at frames. It took about 10-15 minutes for an employee to come up and ask if I needed assistance. Tom, was a very helpful employee, who took a look at my prescription and provided some really helpful information about what type of frames would work best for my face shape and prescription. I ended up finding a pair I really liked due to Tom's time and attention to assist me. He made the process simple and was very knowledgeable about the stores offerings. Excited to get my new pair of glasses, with an updated prescription, in about a week or two!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
