  Mrs Kathy was wonderful! I planned on just picking up my prescription and finding the best deal. She helped me so much it by finding the best deal and turning what would’ve been a bunch of excuses from me into a sale shipped straight to me without any hassel or haggling on price. Emily was also very helpful! Thanks ladies

  Called to see if my glasses had made it to the store and I was told the lenses and frames needed to be checked for scratches and was immediately met with a very rude tone and insulting attitude just because I asked if it was possible to bypass or expedite the process because I have a job interview tomorrow and my current glasses are taped together

  Dr. Joyner was very thorough with me. She answered all of my questions and her bedside manner was exceptional. Highly recommend her. I don't remember his name but the gentleman that helped me with picking out my glasses was so kind and explained everything in detail to help make my decision easier. I had so many questions because this was my 1st time needing glasses and I needed progressive lenses, as well. There was no wait time and I was in and out in an hour.

  I was greeted as soon as I entered. Emily was very nice , professional and patient with me during the eye test and paper work. The doctor I saw was exceptional. She loves her job and made sure she got my prescription correct. The last person I saw was Kathy who assisted me with picking the correct frames and she did the adjustments for the order I placed. All 3 people I came in contact with were awesome and I will definitely come back to the Columbiana location. They really deserve more than a 5 star!!!

  Only a one star because I can’t put ZERO stars. Very disappointing experience at this store. My dad, who is a person of color, repeatedly said “excuse me” and tried to get the attention of a employee, a caucasian women with short hair, to ask for help, but she ignored him multiple times. Shortly afterward, another Caucasian woman walked into the store and didn’t even ask for assistance, yet the same employee immediately approached her and loudly asked, “Can I help you?” The difference in how my dad was treated compared with another customer was very noticeable and upsetting. Whether intentional or not, it came across as discriminatory and made us feel unwelcome because we are people of color. I hope management takes this experience seriously and addresses how customers are treated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this store at all.
