Unprofessional Management & Deceptive Charges — Avoid Friday Shifts I had a deeply concerning experience at the Hard Scrabble GNC on Friday, Sept 4th. I came in for supplements and was assisted by the Store Manager, Riley. While shopping, the entire store smelled strongly of weed, and there was a large group of men hanging out in the back who clearly did not work there. It created a very tense, uncomfortable environment, causing me to rush through my shopping. To make matters worse, while I was distracted looking for items, Riley repeatedly asked for my name, address, and phone number in pieces. When I got to the register, I discovered she used that personal information to sneak a paid "myGNC PRO Access" membership onto my bill without my consent or knowledge. When I called later to complain, she claimed the "system automatically does that"—a completely dishonest excuse. I went back today (Sunday) to return everything. Fortunately, the gentlemen working today provided excellent customer service, were incredibly knowledgeable, and the store actually smelled like a clean retail environment. However, management’s deceptive practices and the unprofessional environment on Friday are completely unacceptable. Be very careful with your receipts here.

Drove 30 minutes there and arrived at 11:30am and it was closed and locked despite the sign saying it was open. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day.
