  If I could leave no stars I absolutely would! This place is a joke! Called on July 8th to make an appointment for my husband and myself, since all of a sudden on July 18th there wasn't a doctor available. That appointment was made a month prior. The young lady that finally answered the phone to make our appointments scheduled us for 10:15 & 11. We drove 45 minutes to get to these appointments to find out that we didn't have any, but the schedule was blocked off. Only thing they saw was a note to call to schedule an appointment, which never happened. I had to call them back. Only phone call I ever received from them was to cancel our appointments due to not having a doctor that day. When asked about that later on, I was told that we can't schedule appointments back to back. If this is the case, then why even offer those time slots to me. Also, why take all my information, tell me what I would have to pay on the day of my appointment, and verify my insurance. Sounds like to me, they blocked off my time slots and forgot to put in our names. Was told to take a seat and she would call her manager. Called back to the counter to basically be told that neither of them had an appointment under my name. No resolutions at all. I used to use them and was bringing my husband there to be seen by them, but NEVER again! People save your time, money, effort and find ANYONE else. This place is a complete and utter JOKE to say the least! I'm sure they will try to comeback and say something about my experience, but don't bother wasting anymore of my time!

  We were greeted as soon as we walked in. It wasn’t even 30 seconds before Jocelin came over to help me. Very happy with my first visit! In and out within about 30 minutes.

  Amy was wonderful. She helped me choose a new pair of glasses, replace the lenses in my current pair and polarized prescription sunglasses.
