  I was nervous going into evaluation for my little guy, not knowing how he was going to do, the staff was extremely kind and patient, they created a welcoming environment and he was able to work through the grueling testing. Working with the doctor, I felt heard and validated in my concerns, where I had previously been dismissed. Knowing what we are working with is only half the battle, I was there for that education and received it. I really appreciated the candid approach and filter free listening. I would recommend CPS and or use them again in the future if needed.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this practice. I scheduled this appointment three months in advance and spent four hours completing assessments, only to be told at the end that my insurance had fallen through. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked about my Tricare coverage when I arrived and was told there would be no issue beyond my copay. Had I been informed otherwise, I could have avoided wasting four hours of my time and potentially having to wait another three months to receive care. The way the situation was handled afterward was equally disappointing. When I expressed confusion about what to do next, I felt talked down to rather than treated with understanding. I understand that insurance issues happen, but the lack of empathy and communication was unacceptable, especially in a mental health setting. I became visibly upset after being told I would potentially have to start this process all over again. The experience of crying in an already vulnerable situation while feeling as though I was being listened to from outside the room only added to my discomfort. Mental health care requires compassion, professionalism, and clear communication. After waiting months for help and spending four hours at this appointment, I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I sincerely hope this practice improves how it communicates insurance issues and treats patients who are already in vulnerable situations.

  Five stars for Dr. Harari and Comprehensive Psychological Services, LLC! The entire process was professional, prompt, and incredibly smooth. Dr. Harari was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my son’s assessment results clearly. I was especially impressed by the quick turnaround for the full written report. Everything was handled efficiently without ever feeling rushed. I truly appreciated the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Harari to any family seeking psychological or educational testing.
