  Great experience! Very welcoming and great environment. I have tried several barre classes and I really enjoy that at Barre3 there is a great mix of cardio, strength, and stretching. The signature class is perfect! I’ve also enjoyed the strength class as well. Highly recommend!

  I love Barre3 so much! The workouts are amazing and so much fun, and the instructors are incredibly kind and encouraging. You’re not just getting a great workout, you gain a community as well! Highly recommend!!

  B is for the best butt workout (you’ve been warned) A is for always worth the time, even when I don’t feel like going R is for the relationships that keep me coming back R is for feeling restored every time I walk out the door E is for everyday strength and flexibility gains 3 is for the <3 vibes I feel every single class Even if you walk in not knowing anyone, you’ll always have someone beside you. Barre3 Lake Murray is my workout, my therapy, and my happy place.

  I can’t say enough great things about this Barre3 studio! From day one, I felt welcomed and encouraged by both the instructors and the amazing community. I’ve met such wonderful friends here, and every class leaves me feeling stronger—physically and mentally. It’s more than just a workout; it’s a place that truly lifts you up. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I can’t say enough good things about barre3 in Irmo. It has truly become my favorite place to work out. The classes are challenging in the best way, and I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and in a better mood. The instructors are incredible—not only are they knowledgeable and motivating, but they’ve also become genuine friends. They know exactly how to push you while still making every class feel encouraging and uplifting. And the community is unmatched. Being surrounded by such a supportive group makes showing up something I actually look forward to. I’m so glad I joined last October—it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, I can’t recommend it enough.
