  My second time writing this review. 5 stars all the way! Wes is an awesome sales guy. Respected my budget and found ways to make it even better (coupon combos etc). Ada(?) was a great hype girl, styling my new frames. The woman who checked me in was so patient. The optometrist was super kind. I’ve had some hard diagnoses lately and she helped explain some of my new symptoms and some suggestions on what to look out for and even offered a recheck soon just to keep ahead of what may come. I’m really appreciative of the team that was this this day. My previous eyeglass experience was not a good one. I recommend this team.

  Great experience. Very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. Dr. Kirby educsted me with so many details during the exam that no other doctor had taken the time to explain. When it came time to consider purchasing glasses, Ann went out of her way to thoroughly explain the insurance, discounts, every option, and even gave suggestions of frames based on my face shape and skin tone. Target's selection of frames was fantastic. I fell in love with 3 and walked away with two! Both ladies went above and beyond and I highly recommend West Ashley Target Optical!

  Adina was so sweet and patient throughout the whole process. She really took the time to help me figure out what I wanted and made the experience super easy and enjoyable. Amazing customer service!

  Anne at target optical at citadel Mall was excellent. She was knowledgeable on glasses, lenses , and contacts. She gave me my options on pricing. Doctor was very thorough and friendly also gave me options concerning contacts. I would recommend them to all. Prices were reasonable.

  I’ve used the same frames for nearly 20 years and always thought they were the best for my face. I came in to order a new pair of the same old frames, and Adena stopped what she was doing and took the time to have me look at something else. She explained why a smaller frame would be better and took the time to show me other options and I’m a completely different person in my new frames. Even my daughters said I look 10 years younger. 10/10 would recommend, Thank you so much for going above and beyond Adena!
