  I had an amazing experience at StretchLab in Charleston. I had just gotten off a plane and was dealing with some pretty uncomfortable pain in my hip. I wasn’t sure what to do, but I decided to stop by StretchLab to see if they could help. That’s when I met Matthew. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he was kind enough to squeeze me in for a last-minute session. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. After about 50 minutes of targeted stretching and mobility work, my hip felt dramatically better—honestly, I felt fixed! The difference between when I walked in and when I left was incredible. Matthew really knows what he’s doing, and he made the whole experience comfortable and effective. I just wish he were a Stretchologist in North Texas because I would absolutely become a regular client. If you’re in Charleston and dealing with tightness, pain, or just want to improve your mobility, I highly recommend stopping by StretchLab and asking for Matthew. Thank you for the great experience!

  Stretch Lab has made the biggest difference in my flexibility after only 8 weeks! Elena and Justin are wonderful
