- DBDarryl BrownAug 16, 20265.0I've bought glasses from Walmart Vision Center, Stanton Optical, and America's Best over the years, and Pearle Vision blows them all out of the water. My biggest issue in the past was glasses that just never fit my face right. Even after "breaking them in," something was always off, either the prescription or how the lenses sat. This time was completely different. The prescription is spot on, lenses are crystal clear, and the glasses actually fit like they're supposed to. Honestly, the fit is what got me. They used a frame warmer to mold the frames to my face, which sounds minor until you realize how much it matters when you're wearing glasses all day, every day. It's a game changer. After going through so many other optical stores, I finally get what a properly fitted pair of glasses is supposed to feel like, there's just no comparison in the quality, comfort, or service. I love these glasses and I'm genuinely happy with the whole experience. If you've ever dealt with glasses that don't sit right or a prescription that's never quite correct, do yourself a favor and try Pearle Vision. Easily 5 stars from me.

- TBT BeachJul 11, 20261.0Every time I walk in it's so uncomfortable. My silhuette glasses needed a new bushing. Instead of a quick bushing sleeve repair, they wanted to charge me to replace the arm. I went to Jackson Eye care and even though I bought them at Pearl, they fixed them in no time and at no charge. This staff lost me as a customer. If you want to feel uncomfortable and be overcharged, Pearl is the place for you.
